The room was large with a balcony and had everything I needed during my stay.

Exceptionally clean room, fabulous with balcony. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. Great service, particularly good position next to the river🙂

the rooms were huge and airy with balcony kept by the very helpful staff. the room had a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The rooms are large with balconies, and the staff is very caring. They offer a good variety of meals, and the food I had was outstanding. the hotel offers great service and has on-site parking.

One of the best breakfasts we had in Romania. It is appreciated to be able to enjoy the small SPA. Elegant hotel.

The restaurant tries to represent more than the employees can or want to achieve. Accordingly, it is far too expensive for the poor service and mediocre quality of the food.

Relaxation is taken to a whole new level at this hotel, with a wellness area that rivals the clouds themselves. The hammam, hot tub, and sauna are like stepping into an oasis of serenity. I spent hours indulging in the luxurious warmth and tranquility, feeling my worries melt away like snowflakes on a sunny slope.

The rooms are air-conditioned and have free WiFi, perfect for staying connected and comfortable during our trip. I loved the private bathroom in each room, providing convenience and privacy. The soundproofing in the double room made for a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep, just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for entertainment purposes. The presence of a desk in the room was helpful for getting some work done during our stay. The wardrobe in all the rooms kept our belongings organized and easily accessible.

I personally didn't find the bathrobe in the double room necessary, but others might enjoy it.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by the beauty of nature. I loved being so close to the forest and the river, and it was really convenient to explore Voronet Monastery and the nearby ski slope. The room was impeccable, spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the mountains from the private terrace. The staff here truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. The housekeeping and laundry service were excellent, and the airport shuttle made my arrival and departure stress-free. the service was top-notch, and the hotel amenities, like the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. I highly recommend this place to families looking for a perfect getaway.

Absolutely amazing staff, great services, and double the value for the room price. Convenient location for exploring touristic area, close to slopes for skiing, and spacious, clean rooms. Staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and appreciated, even doing laundry and delivering forgotten item to next hotel. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Spending my Easter weekend at this resort was a blast! The location was great, just a stone's throw away from the snowy slopes, and I also appreciated the nearby hiking trail. The room was well-maintained, and I enjoyed having a private balcony with mountain views. The restaurant had delicious and filling traditional Romanian dishes, and the service staff was top-notch.

Although I had a fantastic stay, there were a couple of minor issues. The in-room safe was not securely attached, and the shower enclosure doors were poorly fitted, causing water to flood the bathroom floor.

The location of this hotel is great, sitting near the forest, a short hike trail is accessible, and a river runs nearby. it's convenient to visit the Voronet monastery. the room was clean, and the bathroom well-maintained. the breakfast was good, and the staff was accommodating. the parking area is convenient and spacious.

The cleaning staff doesn't take out the trash, and there's no air conditioning, which makes the room hot in summers.
